The Complete Plant-Based Cookbook。。。 fantastic resource that includes a variety of multicultural cuisines and wide range of preparation techniques, tested to perfection。 Excellent explanations of why certain ingredients are prized over others in specific recipes。 Easy to follow directions and simple ingredients gracefully turn into delicious meals。
